If, at any time during this period, you are not satisfied with it, you have the right to return it in the condition in which it was received and claim a full refund (not including the cost of shipping the product back to me) You have 31 days from the day after you receive the item in which to evaluate the product.
Please contact me via email if you require extra insurance before placing your order. Items are shipped usually via Royal Mail (first and second class in the UK, standard and sometimes tracked/and or signed for internationally). Packages sent to Canada or Cambodia which exceed 2KG incur very high shipping costs - please enquire before purchasing any book to be sent to either of these countries. In the event that the shipping cost is less than you have paid, I will cover that, providing the costs are reasonable. In the event that you have paid more than the actual cost of shipping the book(s) then the difference will be refunded. The costs are fixed for international orders due to the various weights and sizes of the books offered.
